Pipe guards for two-stroke enduro bikes

A pipe guard is a cage of 304 stainless steel rod, 8 mm in most models; the reinforced PG11 has a main structure of 10 mm rod. PG06 X, PG07 X, PG08 X, PG10 X, PG13 X and PG15 X are enlarged versions. This exhaust guard does not collect stones and mud, so the pipe and the bottom of the engine are easy to clean. Most guards fit with or without a skid plate; with other makers' plates, some models need holes drilled for the lower bolts.

The aluminium skid plate and pipe guards PG02, PG03, PG05 and PG17 have internal brackets that position the guard relative to the pipe, frame and engine, a large drain hole at the lowest point and two-sided welds, and we make them from 4 mm aluminium. PG05 X and PG05 HX add a stainless steel spider in 10 mm rod and 9 mounting points. PG05 H, PG05 HX and PG17 H add a 6 mm HDPE layer with a linkage guard.

Every diffuser guard fits a specific expansion chamber, and only a new, unbent one. On KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas with an FMF Gnarly or Fatty pipe, PG08, PG08 X, PG15 and PG15 X fit; with an OXA pipe, PG19, PG20 and PG21; and on KTM and Husqvarna 2017-2019 with a Fresco pipe, PG22. All other guards fit the factory pipe.
