Delivery

We ship with the DPD courier service. We dispatch the parcel within 1 working day: for payment in advance - from when the payment is credited, and for cash on delivery and bank transfer with 14-day terms - from when the order is placed. If, on a working day by 11:00 Polish time, the payment has been credited (payment in advance) or the order has been placed (cash on delivery and bank transfer with 14-day terms), we dispatch the parcel the same day; in all other cases, on the next working day.

Cost and delivery time depend on the country and delivery method chosen at checkout - you see them before you place the order. Collection in person in Katowice is free of charge, and cash on delivery (Poland only) adds the surcharge shown at checkout to the delivery cost.

We ship to Poland, almost all European Union countries and the United Kingdom. For delivery to the United Kingdom the customer pays no additional charges: no customs duty, no import tax and no customs clearance fees.

Customers in the United States, Canada and Australia place orders by email: contact@artafon.com. In reply we give the price, the delivery cost and time, and how to pay.

Guards are packed to survive transport - reinforced corners, film, a box matched to the size.
