Universal radiator fan kit for enduro & MX – all brands

The kit is made for all brands and model years of enduro and MX bikes. The manufacturer lists: Honda, Kawasaki, Rieju, Yamaha, Sherco, KTM, Husqvarna, Beta.

Two conditions before you buy: the bike must be liquid-cooled, and there must be room for the fan between the radiator and the tank, which means 7 cm. If you ride a KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Beta, Sherco or Yamaha from model years that have a kit with the brand's original plug, choose that one, because then you do not have to adapt anything yourself. These are the kits for KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas, for Beta, for Sherco and for Yamaha, each with the bike name and model years in the title.

An enduro engine cools worst when you ride slowly with high revs: in rocks, in sand and on steep climbs. The radiator gets little air then, the coolant starts to boil and comes out through the overflow. The fan forces air through when you are standing still as well. It only works in a healthy cooling system, so the coolant, cap and sealed hoses must be in good order.

The kit contains a SPAL VA32-A101-62A axial fan, a universal REVOTEC radiator bracket set, an adapter (stub) with clamps for the coolant hose, a sensor with a thermo switch and a silicone gasket that you screw into the stub, a fuse and wiring. The kit switches the fan on automatically, on a signal from the thermo switch.
