Made in Poland4 mm AlMg3 aluminium (EN AW-5754, PA11) skid plate (bash plate) for the BMW F 800 GS, model years 2024–2026. It is made for an adventure bike and covers the engine, starter motor and covers. We bend the sheet on a press brake and TIG-weld it on both sides, and the bolts and frame brackets for fitting are in the kit. After welding we clean and polish it.

The plate covers the engine, starter motor and covers from underneath. Without a guard, those parts take the hits on rocks and rock edges. A cracked case or cover means an oil leak, and replacing a case means splitting the engine.
PA11 is the Polish designation for the alloy AlMg3 (EN AW-5754), aluminium with about 3% magnesium. It resists corrosion even in salt water, which is why boats are built from it. We bend the plate on a press brake and TIG-weld it on both sides.
Aluminium copes better with sharp rock edges than plastic.
The kit includes the bolts and frame brackets. You mount the plate to the frame on outrigger arms, at many points, with no drilling and no changes to the bike.
We design every plate from a 3D scan of the specific bike and cut it on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
