Pipe guard Rieju MR Pro 300i 2026

The guard fits a new, unbent, stock (OEM) OXA pipe. For the Rieju MR2 250/300 two-strokes, 2021–2025, there is the PG03 skid plate with pipe guard.

The expansion chamber of a two-stroke bounces the pressure wave back to the cylinder and pushes the mixture that escaped into the exhaust back in. Its shape is matched to the engine, so a dent changes the power delivery.

The pipe runs low under the engine and is the first thing to meet rocks. The PG18 surrounds it with a rod cage. The open design does not collect stones and mud, so you can easily clean the exhaust and the underside of the engine.

We TIG-weld the pipe guard from 304 stainless steel rod (about 18% chromium and 8% nickel), then clean and polish it. Chromium forms an oxide layer on the surface that protects the steel from rust. The 8 mm rod gives a light, stiff structure.

You mount the guard at four points, with no drilling and no changes to the bike. With our SP17 skid plate (8 mm HDPE with a linkage guard, 1.15 kg) it fits with no changes, and you can also fit the guard on its own.

We design the shape of the pipe guard from a 3D scan of the bike with the stock exhaust and cut the parts on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
