Enduro skid plates

A skid plate protects the engine, starter motor and engine covers. The skid plates with linkage guard SP06, SP13, SP14, SP16 and SP17 also protect the linkage and stop the bike from getting hung up on obstacles at the linkage. SP22 for the Beta Xtrainer also protects the frame. The PG02, PG03, PG05 and PG17 skid plates with pipe guard combine a bash plate and an exhaust guard in one 4 mm aluminium part, and PG05 H, PG05 HX and PG17 H add a 6 mm HDPE layer with a linkage guard.

We make skid plates from aluminium or HDPE. SP01, SP02, SP02 SX, SP03, SP04, SP05, SP07, SP09, SP10, SP11, SP18, SP19 and SP22 are 4 mm PA11/AlMg3 aluminium. SP12, SP13, SP14 and SP15 are 6 mm HDPE and SP06, SP08, SP16 and SP17 are 8 mm HDPE, a polyethylene lighter than aluminium that absorbs impacts from hard obstacles. We never score or weld 8 mm HDPE plates; we heat-bend them in one piece from a single sheet.

SP06, SP08, SP13, SP14, SP15, SP16, SP17 and SP20 have a mud drain hole and a tab at the top that keeps mud and stones out of the gap between the engine and the guard. Mounting hardware is included: bolts and, depending on the model, washers, holders and an overlay where the damper touches the engine guard.

We design every guard from a 3D scan of the actual motorcycle and cut it on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Fitting requires no drilling.
