Returns

First send us a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract - using the online form on the Withdrawal from contract page (the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer), by email to contact@artafon.com or by letter. You can use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

Then send the product back within 14 days of submitting your statement to: ARTAFON Artur Kiryłowicz, ul. Asnyka 32 d, 40-696 Katowice, Poland. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please do not send the return cash on delivery, and pack the product so that it is not damaged in transit.

You can familiarise yourself with the product as you would in a physical shop - you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund the money the same way you paid (for cash on delivery or payment on collection - by bank transfer to the account you give us) no later than 14 days after we receive your statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or proof that it has been sent back.
