Radiator guards for enduro and motocross bikes

Radiator braces protect the radiators from bending and side impacts, and some models also from front impacts. Every set covers both radiators. We cut them from 4 mm PA11/AlMg3 aluminium, except the RG15 guards, which are milled from PA13 aluminium. In the RG01, RG02, RG09, RG10, RG17 and RG18 guards, internal supports rest against the frame and are attached to it.

Before you buy, check whether your bike has a factory-fitted fan. RG01, RG02 F, RG09 F, RG10 F, RG15, RG16, RG17 F, RG18 F, RG21 and RG22 fit with such a fan. RG02, RG04, RG05, RG07, RG09, RG10, RG11, RG17, RG18, RG19 and RG20 do not fit bikes with a factory fan. Fan Set kits combine the guards with a SPAL cooling fan, bolts and rivets and, depending on the model, a fan bracket, relay or switch.

We design every guard from a 3D scan of the actual motorcycle and cut it on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Fitting requires no drilling.
