The guard fits a new, unbent OXA expansion chamber. It does not fit the stock OEM, FMF, DEP or Fresco. For the stock expansion chamber there is the PG06, and for FMF Gnarly and Fatty the PG08. For OXA on TBI two-strokes from 2024 there is the PG21.

The OXA expansion chamber, like any two-stroke expansion chamber, reflects the pressure wave back to the cylinder and returns to it the mixture that escaped into the exhaust. Its shape is matched to the engine, so a dent changes the power delivery.

The expansion chamber runs low under the engine and is the first to hit rocks and logs. The PG19 surrounds it with a rod cage. It does not collect stones and mud, and you can easily clean the exhaust and the underside of the engine.

We TIG-weld the cage from 8 mm rod of 304 stainless steel. After welding we clean and polish it. About 18% chromium and 8% nickel mean that an oxide layer forms on the surface that protects against rust, including in water, mud and salt.

You bolt the guard on at four points, two upper and two lower. It needs no drilling or changes to the bike. You can fit it on its own, with our SP11, SP12 or SP13 plates, or with plastic plates, for example KTM Six Days and Acerbis.

We design the pipe guard from a 3D scan of the bike and cut the parts on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
