RG01 is compatible with SPAL fans. If your bike has no fan, choose RG02 (open-frame guards, no front), and you will find the guards together with a SPAL fan in RG01 Fan Set (versions for TPI injection and for carburettor). For bikes with a factory OEM fan there is also RG02 F. For model years 2020–2023 there are RG09 and RG10, and for 2024–2027 RG17.

A radiator on an enduro bike is a thin aluminium core with fins. In a fall onto its side the core bends or twists, the channels crack and coolant leaks out. Without coolant the engine overheats quickly, so a punctured radiator usually means being towed home. Besides falls, radiators take the stones thrown up by the riders ahead of you.

RG01 covers each radiator at the front and sides. The internal supports brace against the bike's frame and are fixed to it, so the force of an impact goes into the frame. If you prefer an open front and want to keep the radiator shrouds in place, choose RG02.

We bend the guards from AlMg3 aluminium sheet (EN AW-5754, PA11), 4 mm thick, and TIG-weld them. After welding we clean and polish them. It is an alloy with about 3% magnesium, used to build boats because it resists corrosion even in salt water. 4 mm sheet is stiff, keeps its shape and stands up well to abrasion. The set weighs 1.53 kg.

The kit contains guards for both radiators and the mounting hardware. The factory radiator shrouds come off, because the front is closed. No drilling or changes to the bike are needed.

We design the guards from a 3D scan of the specific bike and cut them on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
