Radiator fan kit KTM EXC, Husqvarna, GasGas 17-23 – TPI & 4T

The kit is for two-strokes with TPI injection and for four-strokes. Carburettor two-strokes from 2017–2019 have a separate fan kit. For 2024–2027 there is a separate fan kit for TBI bikes. You can get the fan together with radiator guards in the RG09 Fan Set and RG10 Fan Set for 2020–2023, and in the RG01 Fan Set and RG02 Fan Set for TPI models from 2017–2019.

Riding at walking pace over rocks, roots and mud means high revs, clutch slipping and almost no air through the radiator. The coolant then starts to boil and escapes through the overflow, and with every bit of coolant lost the engine runs hotter. The fan pushes air through the radiator when you are standing still too, for example in a queue at a test or in front of an obstacle. It does not replace a healthy cooling system: coolant, cap and sealed hoses.

The kit contains a SPAL VA32-A101-62A axial fan, a radiator bracket, a cable ending in an original KTM connector, a relay, and bolts and rivets. You mount the bracket with the fan on the radiator and plug the cable into the bike's factory plug. You do not cut any hoses or wiring looms.
