RG13 does not fit the 2024 models; for the Beta RR 2024–2026 choose the RG19 or RG20. For the same bikes there is also the RG12, the lighter open-frame version weighing 0.75 kg. A radiator on an enduro bike is a thin aluminium core with fins. In a fall onto its side the core bends or twists, the channels crack and coolant leaks out. Without coolant the engine overheats quickly, so a punctured radiator usually means a tow back. RG13 wraps each radiator in a frame at the side and in crossbars at the front, which form a grille in front of the radiator. The inner supports brace against the bike's frame and are bolted to it, so the force of an impact goes into the frame. With the full front you remove the factory radiator shrouds. It differs from the RG12 in front and weight: the RG13 has a full front and weighs 1.31 kg, the RG12 has an open frame and weighs 0.75 kg.

We bend the guards from AlMg3 aluminium sheet (EN AW-5754, PA11) 4 mm thick and TIG-weld them. After welding we clean and polish them. It is an alloy with about 3% magnesium, the kind boats are built from because it resists corrosion even in salt water. 4 mm sheet is stiff, holds its shape and stands up well to abrasion. The set weighs 1.31 kg.

The kit contains two guards, one for each radiator, and mounting hardware. You bolt the guards to the frame through the inner supports, with no drilling and no changes to the bike.

We design the guards from a 3D scan of the specific bike and cut them on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
