How to install a fan relay on KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas 2020–2023

1. Remove the seat. The fan relay socket (yellow circle) is in the relay holder next to the other relays and is covered at the factory by a black rubber cap. 2. Pull the white fan relay socket (with the purple clip) out of the relay holder. 3. The socket is free: the contacts into which the relay from the kit will be plugged are visible. 4. The rubber cap of the socket, seen from the outside. 5. The same cap from the inside. 6. Cut off the closed part of the cap with a knife. 7. After trimming: the cut-off end and the open rubber frame; the frame will serve as the cover of the relay. 8. Put the rubber frame back onto the relay holder on the motorcycle. 9. Push the white socket into the rubber frame from below (green arrow). 10. The socket seated in the frame, the contacts ready for the relay. 11. Plug the relay from the kit into the socket from below (green arrow). 12. The fan relay sits in the relay holder next to the other relays. 13. Done: three relays side by side.
