Radiator fan kit KTM EXC, Husqvarna, GasGas TBI & 4T 2024-2027

The KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro has this fan from the factory. The kit does not fit TPI two-strokes from 2017–2023; for those and for the four-strokes from those years there is a separate kit.

When you ride slowly in difficult terrain, almost no air flows through the radiators, and the engine runs at higher revs with the clutch slipping. The coolant boils and escapes through the overflow, and with less coolant the engine gets even hotter. A fan pushes air through the radiator even when you are standing still or crawling along. It does not replace a healthy cooling system: coolant, cap and sealed hoses.

The kit includes the SPAL VA32-A101-62A axial fan, a bracket for the radiator, a cable ending in the original KTM connector, and bolts and rivets. You bolt the bracket with the fan to the radiator and plug the cable into the bike's factory connector. The bike's electronics switch the fan on when the coolant heats up.
