Pipe guard Sherco 250/300 2T 2025-2027

The guard fits a new, unbent, stock (OEM) pipe and does not fit Fresco or DEP pipes. For the Sherco SE 250/300, 2019–2024, there are the PG13 (4 points, 2.05 kg) and the larger PG13 X (5 points, 2.36 kg).

The expansion chamber of a two-stroke sends the pressure wave back to the cylinder and keeps the mixture in it. Its shape is matched to the engine, so a dent spoils this balance and changes the power delivery.

The pipe runs low under the engine, so it is the first thing to meet rocks and logs. The rod cage takes those hits, and the open design does not collect stones and mud.

The whole structure is made of 8 mm 304 stainless steel rod (about 18% chromium and 8% nickel), light and stiff. We TIG-weld it, then clean and polish it. Chromium forms an oxide layer on the surface that protects the steel from rust.

You mount the guard at four points, with no drilling and no changes to the bike.

We design the shape of the pipe guard from a 3D scan of the bike with the stock exhaust and cut the parts on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
