The guard fits only with the original fork, axle and wheel spacer.

The disc on an enduro bike is thin and light, so it bends when it hits a rock or a root. A bent disc rubs on the pads and the brake works unevenly. The guard also keeps away branches and mud, which get wound into the disc and wear the pads faster.

The DG05 follows the shape of the fork leg and wheel axle, so impacts from below and from the front are taken by the suspension and not by the disc. It also covers the lower part of the fork leg and leaves access to the fork adjusters from underneath.

We cut the guard from 4 mm thick aluminium. You bolt it on with three M8 bolts; some guards on the market hold on with thinner M6 bolts. After a hard hit an aluminium guard can usually be straightened.

We design every guard from a 3D scan of the specific bike and cut it on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
