Rear brake disc guard (rotor guard) made of aluminium for bikes with Braktec brakes: Husqvarna TE and FE from 2022–2027 and GasGas from 2021–2027. It shields the rear disc from stones, branches and logs. You bolt it to the caliper bracket with three M8 bolts, and the mounting hardware is in the kit. You drill nothing and change nothing on the bike.

The guard is for bikes with Braktec brakes. For the GasGas EC 250/300 from 2018–2020 there is DG01.

The rear disc sits low, on the side the stones, branches and logs come from. It is thin and light, so it bends on impact, and a bent disc rubs on the pads and the brake works unevenly. The fin shields the disc from that side and keeps away branches and mud that wind into the disc and wear the pads out faster.

We bend the guard from 4 mm AlMg3 aluminium (EN AW-5754, PA11) and TIG-weld it. After welding we clean and polish it. Some guards on the market are held on by thinner M6 bolts. An aluminium guard can usually be straightened after a hard hit.

You bolt the guard to the caliper bracket with three M8 bolts, and the mounting hardware is in the kit. You drill nothing and change nothing on the bike.

We design every guard from a 3D scan of the specific bike and cut it on CNC machines in Katowice, Poland. Professional riders test every new model before it goes on sale.
